With three Adorn Body Art locations, we love to serve you around the Pacific Northwest. We highly recommend making your selection at the time of your appointment with us. If you purchase an item via our online webstore, we cannot guarantee your order's arrival to the specific location by the time of your appointment. Pickup orders can take 3-5 days from the purchase date to pull and finalize. Once your order is placed, please send an email to info@adornbodyjewelry.com letting us know which location you intend to pick the order up from once it’s ready to go. Many of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. We recommend making purchases in studio at the time of your appointment for the best selection. BVLA has unmatched capabilities and a dedicated team of expert jewelers and designers. The quality and customizability of their jewelry makes it easy to love. Our expert team of APP members had the honor of collaborating with BVLA over many years and will be happy to help make your jewelry dreams come true. BVLA’s team of talented bench jewelers create each beautiful piece by hand and inspect their designs multiple times before sending them to our jewelry team. We then visually inspect and quality assure each piece before sterilizing and packaging your order. This includes testing every diamond and looking for any accidental nicks or marring. All gold used in BVLA products is melted, recycled, and fully biocompatible. With their stock of 150 unique gemstones, this allows for the creation of some of the most one-of-a-kind jewelry made in the world. Diamonds are lab-grown and ethically sourced. With over 3,000+ designs, you’re sure to find something you’ll love. If you’re feeling more creative, we can always special order (see FAQ section) most items to different specifications! So, if you see something cute on our webstore or floating around the internet, hit us up! BVLA even has the capability to create a piece from an idea that’s never been curated before! For titanium, implant grade steel, and niobium we use a combination of NeoMetal and Anatometal. Our threadless flatbacks and ends are manufactured by NeoMetal. Their gemmed ends are comprised of Swarovski and other quality synthetic gemstones and implant-grade titanium settings that make for cute, accessible jewelry options! Anatometal supplies Adorn with a variety of jewelry such as our threaded posts, barbells, and ends. Each brand we carry provides Mill Certificates to the APP that ensure the composition of their jewelry is made from body-safe, biocompatible materials for optimal health and safety.

Please review the details of our shipping policy below. *GENERAL INFORMATION: - Orders can be placed by adding item(s) into cart and then providing Credit Card information through our secured merchant services. - Upon processing your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice. - As our team works through the process you’ll be sent updated email confirmations. - Orders will be mailed 3-5 business days from the initial order date. - All items, including aftercare products, are shipped in protective bubble mailers to ensure their safe arrival. - Once our team has shipped the order, an email will be sent with a tracking number. *DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY: - We offer shipping within the United States exclusively. No international shipping at this time. *SHIPPING RATES: - A flat rate between $15-$20 will be applied to all orders containing our fine jewelry, depending on shipping weight. - For aftercare products, a $20 flat rate will apply to orders containing NeilMed saline solutions. *SHIPPING ESTIMATES: - Our average turnaround time to ship packages takes 3-5 business days for in stock items. - Special Order wait times vary depending on the jewelry vendor(s). - As we are a small business, we appreciate your support and understanding of these policies. *LOSS & DAMAGE: - Adorn Body Jewelry ensures every order up to its wholesale cost. - Lost, Stolen, or Damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier and covered by packaging insurance. Our Gift Certificates never expire and can be used as payment for purchases in a number of ways! If you're local to the Pacific Northwest, you can use your gift certificate at any Adorn Body Art location. Simply present the email containing your gift certificate code, and we’ll be happy to apply it toward your next piercing, tattoo, or jewelry purchase. To purchase a Gift Certificate for yourself or a loved one, see our gift certificate section of our webstore at AdornBodyJewelry.com. An email will be sent to the recipient instantly. Please note: *Purchases are non-refundable *Adorn is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates *To remain PCI compliant, Gift Certificates act as cash. The generated code in the recipient's email remains the only SKU that connects funds to the Gift Certificate. We cannot obtain or verify any specific code online or in studio. *Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, used toward special orders, repair services, or product shipping fees *If a physical gift certificate is preferred, we are happy to transfer them in-studio

Special Orders are custom made pieces tailored to meet your unique specifications. Each piece is handcrafted to suit your specific preferences, with an exceptional focus on craftsmanship and precision. To begin the process of building an order, let us know what pieces and gemstones you might be interested in. Once specifications are confirmed, a non-refundable deposit (50% of total + $15 for shipping) is placed, and the contract signed, your order will be processed within 72 hours. Special Orders cannot be canceled or transferred to other items once placed. Jewelry companies may sustain wait times of 2-6 months or more to produce and ship, depending on the manufacturer. As we are BVLA exclusive, our wait times for the best of the best are significantly lower than the average online vendor. We appreciate your understanding as we work to create these one-of-a-kind pieces for you. All items must be picked up or shipped to you or your party within one year from its date of purchase. If you require special arrangements, please notify our team for best solutions. Otherwise, all special orders may be subject to absorption into Adorn Body Jewelry’s stock. Should your jewelry become damaged, say with a broken pin, threading, or missing gemstone(s) we can help with the repair process. As long as the repair falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, there is no cost involved with the repair itself. (Please see manufacturer's guarantee via their websites Terms & Conditions.) Our manufacturers do not cover loss or intentional damage to any piece. If an item is broken, please return as many parts as possible, including the gold, gemstones, and post if needed, to be included in the repair. Repairs are subject to a $15 shipping fee incurred on behalf of the client. Wait times vary for repairs, depending on the jewelry vendor, season, and other possibilities. All items must be picked up within one year from the initial repair date. For those local to the PNW (Portland, Or / Vancouver, Wa area) simply come in person to any Adorn Body Art location so our team can process your repair. You can then pick the repair up at that location upon its return. If you need the completed repair jewelry shipped, a $15 fee will be applied.

Maybe you've been wearing your jewelry a certain way but now you need something different. We consider jewelry modifications the process of changing the fitting or specs of a piece from BVLA, Anatometal, or NeoMetal. This may include but is not limited to converting Threadless, Threaded, Clicker, Hinge, Seam styles of jewelry. Adorn Body Jewelry will take an initial deposit of 50% of the fee to repair + $15 for shipping (approximately $45-$75). Once our jewelry experts hear back from our vendors we update the client on the price. We then collect the remaining difference upon your pick up after it has returned. A $10 processing fee will be collected for cleaning and resterilizing the item(s) per the manufacturer's instructions. This contributes toward supplies and labor. If a client has mailed their item to us and are not local to our studios, we may take payment over the phone. Any items needing shipment will incur a $15 charge and is the client's responsibility.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for returns. Only sterilized packaging may be considered for return. The sterilized pouch should be fully intact, the product not tampered with, and jewelry never worn inside the body. Due to the intimacy of body jewelry and minimizing the risk of spreading contaminated items, we are unable to offer returns that have been worn or are outside of their heat sealed packaging. As a caution of health and safety, there are no exceptions to this portion of our return policy. All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval or dismissal upon jewelry inspection by our team. If we approve a return, you will receive further instructions via email and/or phone. Our jewelry company’s manufacturer's lifetime guarantee covers a normal amount of wear. This includes gemstones falling out of settings or threadless pins / threaded ends breaking. Unfortunately, this does not include loss or intentional damage to any part or component of jewelry we carry. Please read additional sections of our FAQ to learn more about these policies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for the fees of their return process if needed and not local, on average $15 per destination.
