We stand behind the quality of our products. All Adorn Body Jewelry items come with a lifetime guarantee covered by manufacturer's warranty, covering defects in craftsmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or loss.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and details, including a well lit photo of the issues. We may repair or replace the item at our discretion.
