You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for returns.
Only sterilized packaging may be considered for return. The sterilized pouch should be fully intact, the product not tampered with, and jewelry never worn inside the body.
Due to the intimacy of body jewelry and minimizing the risk of spreading contaminated items, we are unable to offer returns that have been worn or are outside of their heat sealed packaging. As a caution of health and safety, there are no exceptions to this portion of our return policy.
All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval or dismissal upon jewelry inspection by our team. If we approve a return, you will receive further instructions via email and/or phone.
Our jewelry company’s manufacturer's lifetime guarantee covers a normal amount of wear. This includes gemstones falling out of settings or threadless pins / threaded ends breaking. Unfortunately, this does not include loss or intentional damage to any part or component of jewelry we carry. Please see our FAQ section to read more about these policies.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for the fees of their return process if needed and not local, on average $15 per destination.
